Changing Lives
Our Mission
We believe that parents and guardians play a key role in helping each individual student / youth / young adult to reach their full potential.
For this reason, we consider it essential that parents and guardians demonstrate a willingness and ability to be active participants in their child’s educational and treatment program. Together with our team and each student’s family, we commit to working collaboratively to deliver effective interventions, high quality care, and a full education to each student we admit into our program.
How to Apply to Our School / Adult Program
We welcome the opportunity to meet with you and share the programs that are on offer at New Haven Learning Centre. We ask that parents / guardians / or prospective clients themselves plan to first come and meet our Executive Director. Entry to New Haven is based on vacancies. Transitions into the program can occur throughout the full calendar year, depending on vacancy management.
New Haven does collect a wait list and work with interested individuals or families when placement is not available on the requested timeline. Assessment information and personal information, as it relates to potential offers of placement, are considered only relevant for a period of up to 6 months.
